The Boston Herald is reporting that a convicted drug dealer
tried to use his EBT card to get bail money. He was apparently over heard, on his one phone call, telling his friend to go to the ATM to get money off his EBT card. We don't know if it worked or not - but why the hell wouldn't it. We are so Fucked!
